WE CAN UNDERTAKE ANY INSURANCE/ACCIDENT WORK FROM ANY INSURANCE COMPANY
The policy holder has the right to choose the repairer who they wish to carry out
the work on their vehicle and is not obliged to use the insurance companies appointed
repairer.
This has been agreed between the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) and the Association
of British Insurers (ABI).
Damage to your vehicle need not be time consuming and inconvenient. From your first contact with us, via email or telephone, we will arrange a suitable time to inspect your vehicle and provide you with advice.
Once we assess the damage and complete an estimate you can then decide whether it will be an insurance claim or a non-insurance repair.
INSURANCE CLAIM
If the accident damage is your fault or liability, the claim needs to be registered with your insurance company. They will then arrange for an insurance engineer to inspect the vehicle and authorise for the repairs to proceed.
Once authority from the insurance company is received we will order the parts from your vehicles franchised dealer and confirm with you booking-in and estimated completion dates.
All insurance repairs come complete with a three year guarantee, as required by all leading insurance companies. A courtesy car is also available upon request.
NON-INSURANCE REPAIRS
Due to high insurance excesses many people choose to have repairs undertaken privately. If you are considering repairing your vehicle privately we can advise you on the best repair approach to suit your budget and your objectives.
